If you have trouble working out the 24 hour clock, do what I did years ago. If you remember 'old money' then you'll know that there were 12 pence to a shilling. Therefore, for example, 20 pence = 1/8d (one shilling and eight pence). Converting old pence to hours 13:00 = 1/1, 14:00 = 1/2, 15:00 = 1/3 and so forth, the last number of each being the 12 hour clock time. |
