Hi Island, didn't know that Julia had problems with
her last thread, if it happened of an evening I normally
sign off about 4.30 so would have missed it.

It does seem a coincidence that Julia disappeared at the same time her last thread was deleted/whooshed. I hope she's not on a GR holiday, does anyone know how long they last generally?

This is a worrying length of time to be poorly.

then I'd go for it, but I think it's your fault going on about

You are right Glossy Ann it is not always easy. When Berona hadn't been on the Aussie Thread we were all concerned. Luckily Sue has all our e-mail addresses and she was also able to get hold of Berona's daughter.

Maybe we all need a seconder like when you go for an operation and you have to list a couple of people with phone numbers to get hold off just in case etc.

That was me with my sensible hat on, obviously not knitted by one of us.

I've just come onto GR and was about to post about Julia and her OH's allotment,such a shame no-one can get touch.

Do hope she's okay.....she certainly wouldn't be looking in and not posting.

Perhaps Sallie's daughters could put up a card in local newsagent's window? ie......'desparately seeking Julia the GR Derbyshire one'.....just a thought lol
