Last week I had a notification, as luck would have it a duplication, two days after I had attended to see this specialist. Today I had a letter telling me that they would soon be getting in touch with me about another appointment I am waiting for. The second letter I opened was one telling me to ring and get the appointment sorted out for a suitable date. How much money do these clerks get paid? |
