Morning Barbra,Marion and Allan,

No we haven't had a chat Allan but look forward to seeing you on
the thread more for a good chat.
It's a lovely day here in Aberdeen and yes I feel a song coming on,
but don't panic am not going to burst out now, gonna wait till OH
comes back from walking Rory.
Am not looking to get any goodies so won't be disappointed.
Barbra what are you drinking before you go to bed haha. Be

hope you are well . weather not to bad its a lot milder . hope you get your op emma & you havent long to wait . not long now & you will be in your caravan x budget day today .wonder what goodies we will get . ? I keep having silly dreams . was on a bus & the driver wouldnt stop to let me off . dont know where i was going . all i could see was a beach . & a fence . it could have been a nice place but didnt get chance to stop & look . he! he ! right local shops & get lottery for tonight . Allan as you say our lives are good .compared to .the tragic events round the world ,the resiliance they have & the wonting to get back . from the devstation makes me feel humble .on a lighter note . the rabbits have started coming in our front garden . eating the bird food that drops of the table , at first our dogs didnt see them but now they sit in the window . waiting . dare`nt let them out . poor bunnys`wouldnt stand a chance . no i dont like rabbit pie . before you ask ! right i am away to my bed now . No, still no rain. We are watering by hand. Some of the smaller townsites have run out of water and have to rely on water being carted in.

We seem to be surrounded by storms and floods, even in parts of WA but none here. The SW used to be one of the wetter places in WA but not for the last few years.

Mind you, copared to the Eastern States, Christchurch and Japan, we have nothing to complain about!!

Hya Allan nice to see you ! have you had any rain yet ? our temps are up a,bit .& the days are longer . you sound as though you got a good dael . with washing machine . had my comp serviced & new keyboard & mouse . bought an office chair as well . so thats my pension spent ;0)) there are some good priced comps about Marion , they have come down in price & you have a lot to,choose from . Hello Emma. I don't think that we have spoken before. I'm in Western Australia.

I have chatted with Barbra and Marion on various threads for some time, but I haven't been on the boards for a while.

Marion, 9 years ago our washing machine cost $750.00. The new one was $550.00 including delivery. OH is very chuffed with it and has been able to finish washing the towels which were halfway through a wash in the old machine!

Allan.I know what you mean about prices. I've just been looking for a new PC.Our fist one was nearly £1000.They are less than half that now :))))
Still not sure what I will get yet though.I'm not sure about a laptop. Will need to see if I can still sit 'here' with it.

Hello all,

Barbra, I'm pleased about your results.

Still hot and dry here in the SW of WA. We had a few cool nights last week but now back to 'normal'.

Dread getting the water and power biills :0((.

The washing machine died on the week end so we now have a new one. It was cheaper than we paid 9 years ago for our last one!
