Evening everyone, its been a very windy day here today, but dry! washing all done and dried.
I had to clean the hen house out today and spray it for red mite, I think it had got into the slats of the perches so hubby has made a brand new perch/bench for my girls, I had to dust every hen as well as wet spray the house,at least it dried it the wind today, my hens had reduced there laying so I knew something was up, blessed red mite, they are awful to get rid of.
Apart from the hens Ive done little else today.

Morning all,

Wet Windy and down right nasty today outside. I don't want to go out so I'm not going to.
I have cleaned my dyson today, emptied them both and washed attachments and the bagless bit that catches the rubbish, they are drying off on the draining board. yes I know I sound mad, but hoovers get dirty and dusty on the outside, especially when the boys use them for cleaning their rooms and the cars, they are forever cleaning there computers with them, the fan at the back of the tower, it gets dusty and makes the tower over heat if you aren't careful.
I have one dyson upstairs and one down, so I don't have to carry one up to do any cleaning.
Only me and hubby here tonight for dinner, so not much to do, usually there are 6 for dinner, 2 are away, and other two aren't eating with us, so we can have something the others wont eat :-D

PS, my lads put all my shopping away after the delivery yesterday, they even checked the shopping list for me.
And its my Sid's 1st Birthday today, he is my goegeous boy on my avatar

Morning Barbra and everyone,

Its been a windy dull morning with the odd light shower today. I have managed to do a pile of ironing, well I do have cotton sheets and love getting into a lovely smooth bed, plus ironing for my youngest who is going away this weekend to stay in london for some comic/animation show, they can dress up in character for it, which they are going to do. he will still be on crutches as his leg is still painful, he is only going because the hotel is booked and tickets bought.

Shopping delivery in an hour, I won't be here, I am off to the doctors with mum to sort her medication out, but both my lads are here with girlfriends so I'm sure bbetween them they can sort the delivery out :-)

Ironing :-P. I put my sheets etc on a short spin,give it a good shake,hang it up then fold it when its dry.
I do the shirt's etc though lol

I have had books of am~~~~azn they.are. good value & quick at dipatching them .like you say now.wonder these places fold . i ordered a globe for oh birthday in april from famous store .never got it ..got one on amaz~~~~~.3days later . & this has a light in it ..got my money back from original order .I am upset for joan .its gone on long enough .they should deliver it. put it up & give her compensation .not good custermer service at all !!

Barbara.....Very annoying about the potting shed, out party keeps being put off, I wasted sandwiches,drank loads of bottle of champers that could not go to waste.Poor Emmas has been in and out her freezer so often with ice cubes she got frost bite.

I think it's terrible to make so many mistakes though. What kind of company are they running?

I ordered a book from a large shop Water****s for my grandson b'day. They said the would order from another company. They never got back to me so I phoned them. The guy said they cant get it,but it was on their site. Somebody was selling a second hand one for 64p.and an other perso was selling the same book for.....£59.He said it is because they were no longer printing them.
Anyway. i then went on to Am**z*,found the book £4-95 plus postage. It arrived 3 days later. The Magic chanter its called
As my OH said its no wonder companies go bust.

Hello joan .its a bit ridiculous .they should pay you compensation .or upgrade your shed for the same money ..i would be really annoyed .have you not got anybody family! to get onto them for you . cucumber sandwiches eaten again :-S Hya Dolly your lad will forget about his sore leg when he gets to London .x nothing much on tv .so having a look at family tree .see anyone new to add.
