Sunny on and off here but dry.

Housing came and going to do all the flat as its a bedsit.I said dont need the front/bedroom(in togeather) done as was done 2 years by my son. So doing the rest. Wont be starting it until 2nd od December, said they be done by Christmas. I hope so as its only 2 very rooms and hall way to do.

Been food shopping now freezer is full again.

Hope all ok with everyone. I am not in so much pain today. Had bit a bad night.

Hi all.

Wet and windy here too. dont think I'll be going far today.
I've made a start on some H****work . Been busy with the garden and other things so it need a bit of work done here and there.

Not got my wee one today as she is on her holidays,so I should make the most of my free day.
OH is in bed not feeling well,tired and feeling yuck with some aches and pains here and there.Dont know what he has or is in for. Hopefully it's jusy man flu lol.

I am out tomorrow after housing have been to tell me what rooms the going to decorating for me and when. Said they do two rooms but as i am in a bedsit kind of flat they somethimes do the whole of it. But front room and bedroom which are togeather dont need doing. Be good if they can finch my kitchen as its half painted.

I have to go and get some shopping as havent got much in at all so do that tomorrow as well. As i dont get my money until the morning.So no good going when havent got the money to do so.

Morning everyone

Well i have had a busy few days. Alday yesterday i was sorting out family history paperwork. Just got 5 more files to sort out.

This morning been sorting out clothes,shoes and bags.So Teri (daughter) is coming over Friday to see what she wants, then taking rest to second hand shop. Then we are going out for lunch.

I am now having a coffee and a rest as i will over do things.but with living in very small flat i have to keep on top of things.

Marion yes my me time was very good. I think thats what i needed.


It was nice and sunny now gone cloudy but it feels warm.

Still wet and cool here. After several dry years, our rainfall this year is almost bck to the average. However, much more is needed to have any effect on the dams.

Emma, I hope that Rory is not like our cats (apart from the obvious differenc between cats and dogs of course :-D) When ours go for their jabs, they both go into a deep sulk and will have nothing to do with us for a day or so....except when they want feeding!

Morning everyone, just a quick visit to see how everyone is.
Emma so glad your knee is getting better.

I have been up since 4.30am, I got a load of washing done, hung it out and now its raining!! so I had to put it in the tumble drier. I hate this damp drizzly weather.
My cousin text me last night to say she has booked the Eye for Monday at 2.00pm, so I shall be seeing London from high up, I bet its misty and raining! I hope its clear enough to take some decent photos.
Another busy day for us here, I have to get chicken feed in and a large butchers delivery should be showing up soon, that will keep the men in meat for a while.
Then down to mum's to check all is ok before I go tomorrow, she wants her hair set in rollers, I can do that for her, she doesn't have a lot of hair, its very thin on top due to thyroid problems, but she has plenty at the front sides and back to cover what needs covering.
