morning all just back from A*d*, complained to store manager
about how they can justify asking £3.14 for a box of cereal and
T*s*o charges £2. Usual rubbish about special offers so reminded him
they were supposed to be the cheapest of all he said they were on
certain items, I informed him in my opinion they gave the impression
in all items.

Not read all the posts so i hope you are all well.
Really damp and horrible here these last few days. Is winter I suppose and it's better than a foot of snow or freezing pipes lol.


I'm slowly getting my xmas shopping done and Ive given the garden a good tidy up. Probably need another going over once all the leaves are off.

I have been to my usual weigh in and to the hospital to see my rheumatologist,nothing new to report at hospital, just more pills to try :-|

Weighing in I have lost another 1/2lb, so still going in the right direction :-)

Hi Barbra Heating sorted at last had a workmen who knew what he was talking about. He changed a part and so far so good.So lets hope its the end of it all.

I am in for the day again as waiting for someone to pick a chair up. Then in alday Wednesday as got a bookcase coming.

Emma hope all ok at appointment.

Here is still dark,cold and windy.So glad i havent got to go out.

Hi Barbra and everyone else

I am sitting here in a cold flat, i dont have any heating or hot water. I been having problems with heating since i have been here, the presser keeps going down. The housing say they cant do anything about it as cost to much. So they send workmen out to being presser up again. I know how to do it, but cant turn the knob to do it.So waiting for them to get back to me telling me when they coming,i phoned at 7.30am,if not heard by 9.30 going to call again.

Not to nice outside today so glad not going out.Going to sort paperwork out for tomorrow as going to Kew again.

Heard on the news our PM is maybe giving billions to Mif ???
dont get in to politics .they promise so much before an election & then renegade on a lot of decisions , they look after their own purses us poor serfs get nothing

Not a big day here in Oz, Barbra. Perhaps there would be more to celebrate had mr Fawkes succeeded.

I wish there was someone like him to have a go at our current pollies. Nothing to chose between any of them :-(
