Ironing done,kitchen floor washed bathrrom cleaned.Oh I am clever lol

My daughter phones us everyday and when OH answers he says
the same here's your mum and daughter is still talking to him
asking how he is. Lord knows why he got a mobile, but doesn't
find that hard to answer. There's none as queer as folk. LOLx

Yes they dont like phones much.
When any of my lot phone it's usually...heres your Mum,unless it's to do with football of course lol.
My FIL is the same he sits and let's mil answer.

can't really complain about mine cause that's the only
thing he doesn't like to do, my father was the same,
phone at his side and when it rang I had to answer
it.when he did answer he held it far away from his ear
bless him.

Bit chilly here too..looks like snow but its frost. Think I will stay in today and get some ironing done.

Emma ...I decided to make a few phone calls this am. Yes we are covered if there is a problem on our property :)) and I also phoned Scottish water. They are sending someone out to see if there is leak outwith our property ie the street etc.

Morning Barbara - so cold here in Derbyshire. Can't get warm, even with the heating on.
Do as I do with them brochures. Either file them for at least another month, or bin them. LOL
I would not entertain buying summer bedding plants now. And as for bringing them on the in greenhouse, well that's going to cost you in heat. That is if you can get down to the greenhouse, because I bet we get somemore of the precipitous white stuff before long.
They have given out a cold weekend for us here, so will have to think about what we will be doing. At the moment, staying in with the heat on full blast looks favourite LOL

I'm just back from Te**c*. I did notice that the pork mince i buy ,instead being £3 for 1 or two for £5 is now buy 3 for £9.
They did have a few cleaning products at reduced prices. Cant say I noticed much else lol

how are finding food prices .went in local s~~~~nsbry a lot of items have gone up in price . not by pence either . £1 or more . .they know folks have to travel 30-40miles to other supermarkets , think they are cashing in on that fact . have always shopped As~~~a & Mo~~~~ns .before moving here . we will live in semi rural area . its beautifull though . compromise lol . have a good day Bye Barbra xx
