How's the weather up there in bonny Scotland......wet.???
Got a mixture of showers and sunshine down here in Hampshire, very mild.

Had my cousin from Fife come to visit last week, he was saying they have had quite a bit of rain there, but that it was nice between the rain downpours.

I hope it warms up for next month as I have a family get together in Fife.....

Mind you Marion, it can be really lovely in Scotland weather wise.

Yes there are some lovely places.
I heard from a friend it was really nice in st Andrews on Sun.

Joan, I do sincerely hope that it is a case of 'third time' lucky with your potting shed. It has been a saga worthy of the Vikings :-)

Marion, enjoy your time in Blackpool. I have many fond memories of the Town, particularly of the Tower Ballroom which I'd go to once a month when my then Union (NALGO) had a dance there.

Foggy, don't egg the ladies on. Young girls on a spree can be bad enough, but when ladies of a 'certain' age get together, they can teach the young 'uns a thing or two ;-)

Barbra, OH is fine but they did find, and remove, a polyp, which means that she may now have to go for the procedure every coule of years.

I know what the couple mean about traffic in Perth, particularly in the morning and evening rush hour when the City can be in gridlock. Public Transport is not the best and given Pert's isolation use of cars has been encouraged in the past without any more roads being provided.

They were spot on with their views of the Bunbury area and Margaret River. We are lucky to live in this Region.

I would also add that the Hospital (Public one) in Bunbury is absolutely fantastic. Appointments kept on time full information given etc.

Joan, what can I say/ I do hope that your correct potting shed turns up soon.

I, too, have blown my top at a person on the phone, and immediately realised thai it was a big mistake. I apologised profusely to the person concerned and even her attitude changed. I was dealing with a government department and once I apologised, the operator gave me several phone numbers, not normally available to the general public, to try.

Having been in the Public Sertvice myself I should have known better :-S

Barbra, they shoot sparrows over here as they are considered a pest!!

I still miss the bird life of the UK.
