She has introduced a little decorum, I must say. Camp fire, for me, if I could, with a few tinnies and a singsong, but it's too ruddy cold! I could even put my iron on it to keep warm.

..................Only because the bowl was bl**dy hot, and I wasn't going to transer it to a plate (more washing up!)

Linda - the gooseberry crumble sounds delicious.

Last night we had grilled steak with cauliflower from the garden, green beans, corn, and oven chips with a glass of wine. Sometimes we like to eat in front of the telly but we usually eat at the table. I do like nice crockery and cutlery. On special occasions I like to set the table nicely with my 'good' dinnerset and glasses.

See - us Aussies don't all sit and eat around the camp-fire:-))

We dined out by the sea..........a lovely local pub.

I had healthy Lasagne and OH a very big steak and mushroom suet pie,chips and lots of gravy .....

Yes Stray....*titters....it is my 'common' night of the month. I like to live on the edge sometimes....lolol
