My chips are cooking away on the stove and smell gorgeous, changed the lard in the fryer tonight and I love the smell of fresh lard when doing chips. yummy can't wait.

I sat sitting,knife and fork,,,

med rare sirlon.
mushrooms creamed.my me own fair mits,

a tomato ,some green bits,and crusty bread with lashing of t'hick butter,

and I had a NAPKIN....it was draped round me neck and tucked in at the back...


I cant play owt,,,,,,only blow a raspberry,,,,,,,trupppppp.

We had cauliflower cheese last night with cauliflowers off my allotment. I picked off as many slugs as I could, but I'm sure there were some left in there. Windy City in this house this morning - could be the reason.

Haven't eaten yet, wasn't hungry when I did hubby and eldest's tea, but have gone peckish now, have got Come Dine with me on as well, Think I might go do myself a plate of home made chips, with lots of salt and vinegar and bread and butter.

Yes I do roast dinners with yorkshire pudding Stray - in winter not summer. In summer we do use the bbq a lot because it can get too hot in the kitchen. It's easy to do chicken, fish or meat on the barbie and then do a salad to go with it.
