Everyone knows Ida Down r street,& old army coats are THE best for keeping out the cold....but sometimes if it's really cold ya have to stitch the button holes up ;o

BC, I'm glad you mentioned the wetting oneself, I was beginning to think I was the only one! Lots of extra washing and dont go out without a spare pad!

Has it gone BC? The cough I mean. If so which of these wonder remedies worked for you? I ask because I can hear my OH barking in the other room. Not that he seems to be bothered about the 'wetting', must be a girl thing!!! But he can't seem to shake the cough. Strangely he was fine this morning and until about 2pm - We were out until then, no coughing in the shops or on the bus or when we had lunch. Half an hour after getting indoors he was off again.
I have sympathised I really have..........! But it is getting more difficult as the time goes on!!! He expects me to find the cure.

Well, Ann, having tried almost everything suggested on this thread...I found that the Vicks slathered on feet at night (not forgetting to put socks on) was the best thing for a good night's sleep. Still shaking off cold, but am getting there:-) Good luck when you massage OH's feet tonight....lol BC XX
