	DET's thread brought this to mind. I was working for a large sports goods manufacturer. We had a new switchboard operator and a few days into the job was heard to reply to a call 'no sir, we only manufacture golf clubs'. On being asked what the caller wanted it was that he had asked if we made irons!!!!
