hi thanks uzzi but that one was a bit soggy by the time it got here, well no change still waiting for a bed, have kinda of seaid if you havent got one by tomorrow we taking him home, we cant but they dont no that, see what happens, thanks for all of your support as always you guys are great xxxx

Puss, I have been away for a few days and have only just read this thread. Such sad news for you all and especially your mother.
I will add you and your family to my daily quiet time and send positive thoughts and prayers.
Hospices are wonderful places and provide excellent care for the relatives and the patient.

Yes he settled in but then he has a open wound in his groin and the main artery burst due to the warfarin he has been on it took 25mins to stop the bleed, they have said a scond bleed and the out come would result in his death, he looked ill today lay back on the pillow, up untill now he has had colour in his cheeks but he looked like he was dying today, saturday im going to move into the hospise me and mum can have a ensuite room, we will take turns in sitting during the nite i will be devestated if he went alsonexx

hospices are wonderful places

........ my niece died in one over here last year. Everyone there was so caring ..... no matter whether they were paid staff or volunteers.

tonight he is pale and sleeping most of the time i held his cold hand for hours earlier today it never warmed we are just waiting for a call i cant get my head around this it was only last week they told us he was dying and now its any minute
