This person obviously wants to be 'named' by the media ie 'Jack the ripper' etc. - so (he believes) he will become a 'legend' - why else send a dissertation to the poice about your actions and reasons for them?
I'll give him a name - 'Moat the Moron' - self indulgent plank with a gun.
He ended up in prison through is own actions.
The result of those actions - ie mother (s) of his children wanting to start a new life - his fault. He can try to blame the police - but it all comes down to what HE did that led to his arrest - and if he didn't have the sense to realise the possible result of his actions - he is a true moron - and can only blame himself!
A gun makes him more of a risk to others - but doesn't make him 'tough'.
A trial would show just what a weak willed, lilly livered plank he is. Shooting him would pander to his self indulgent view of himself as a 'victim'.

Of course the police are entitled to defend themselves. If that's what it comes to, I wouldn't want anyone to get hurt - least of all a police officer.

i agree with you hun, we have a decent justice system, an your right i know personally, they dont always get it right , and i dnt think for one minute they should go round shooting people to save moeny on prison,

but i dont even think it will come to that, because hes gona come out, if he comes out, weilding a shotgun, and the police are going to have no option but to open fire and he will get his "wish" suiside by british police,

its gna be a no win sutuation for the police, shoot or be shot i know which id prefer xxxx

lets just hope they catch the scumbag soon , everyone is entitled to their own opinion , lets face it , the man is a killer and putting everyones life in danger every minute ... i will keep my thoughts to myself , coz if it was my son that was shot , i know what i would want ...

At the end of the day, this is someone who had come to the end of his tether. In his own (steroid induced) mind, his girlfriend had left him, his children had left him, and he had nothing to live for.

That doesn't make what he did right -of course it didn't - but life's a slippery slope.

The best thing that could happen to this man is that he's caught and treated.

im sorry sue but all what you have just said is no excuse for anyone to behave that way ( ..lots of people have worst things happen in their lives and they dont behave like that , he's a daddy fgs daddies dont behave that way , the man has just come out of prision for being violent ... Okay, so he had a hard life - but so have many others. Thank god (or someone) that the many children abused by priests haven't decided to terrorise a town/village.
He's an adult - he no longer lives with his father - so that's no excuse.
If he needs treatment - (as many others do, I'm sure), it's up to him to seek it.
He was freed from prison and could have sought it - but didn't - HIS first thought was revenge - no thought for his children.
Everyone is responsible for their own actions - and if you have been the victim of someone elses actions, it's up to you to seek help.

I live very close to a mother of a murderer he killed young girls for no reason what so ever , she still goes to see him and denys he did the murders (even though they have been proven)( the man was a father to 6 kids or more ) she has the media at her house often , how i would feel i dont know , but i know it would ruin the whole of my families life forever x
