In reply to your comments Sheila. You clearly state that 'someone' had sent you a message stating that Catie had instructed me to cause trouble on this thread. I think it is quite reasonable to suggest that you send me a message so that I can deal with the matter. You are unable to do so or send me a pm to explain matters. I will let others decide for themselves, as to why this might be the case. I will not reply to you again.
Mel, I am sorry yet again for the intrusion and will not post here again.

Not a very nice day here, weatherwise, so we are taking a load of rubbish to the local re-cycle place (Rubbish dump to you and me Frank!) Talked to GP yesterday about OH's P.C, and she was very positive and upbeat, so felt much more cheereful! Going up to Wantage on Thursday to visit daughter and Grandchildren for a couple of nights. Taking Millie with us (of course!) hope she doesn't get ideas about the girls two rabbits!!! that would cause it!!!

Good Morning Everyone,

Just popped in to say that I believe Catie has deleted her account, because of all the trouble here.
Yesterday I went to visit Catie and her family. She isn't well at the moment and the comments made haven't helped. Having seen the AOL messages, It says a lot about Catie that she hasn't told everyone exactly what was said.
I don't think Catie wil ever understand why Sheila has attacked her on these boards. There was no need to do so. Anyway, just hope that my message will bring an end to this upset.
Hope you are well Jane. Long time no see :)

Morning,

Wet and very windy today. Yesterday nights frost has turned our Hydranga outside the front door all brown. It was looking so lovely with green, pink and lilac coloured flowers on it. Now I shall have to cut them all off as it looks so sad.

Ann loved those questions and answer from Shirl. They are the kind of thing I would have loved to have put down on an exam paper being the rebel I am.

ENOUGH.

Please let us drop all these comments.

I am going to inform GR about all this as I consider it to be abuse of the site.

This will probably mean I will have MY THREAD
wiped out yet again.

Goodnes me Mel, I hope not. You can't be held respon- sible for other peoples destructive conversation that would be grossly unfair. I'm sure all of us who value your excellent thread would echo that. I, for one (I DO like a chat!) would miss you and the other lovely people here very much, so lets hope we can continue in the spirit in which this thread was started, not what it is, (if we're not careful) sadly becoming.

Morning!!
I can't believe this is still rumbling on.All this nastiness.I think the best thing for anyone who is unhappy here is to leave the thread.I don't mean that in a bad way,but why get yourselves all worked up into a tizzy when there is a simple answer. It is a thread for heavens sake.We are all supposed to be adults, not kids in the playground.

Hi Lorraine!

Jane. HERE HERE. If I had know you were coming to Npton, I would have warned everybody.!!!! Foreigner in our midst. LOL
What a rotten day, Rain, wind. and very misserable, Ros has gone to Morris#ns with Lewis and he want to go to Tes#o, I know what he's after another Toy and a Pumpkin. Will be carving a face this afternoon, no doubt.

Liz, It's a right bugg#r when that happens, when I started my tree, I got no end of things wrong, and it takes a lot of time to sort it. When you try to delete. It says you can't delete this relative. so you have to go on trying, don't envy you.

This is something we used to do as kids, and also with my children. On a wet day like today. We would sit at the window, and put down the types of birds that came into the garden, a form of I spy. It kept you busy for a while. When I was young there was no Tele, Game stations etc. so you made your own entertainment.

Congratulations, to your two daughters for being preganent at ther same time Shelia. When are they due ???

Hi Jill,
Nice to see you around. Things are going allright. and I'm pleased you keep the children ammused round your way dressing up, I bet they love it.

How long have you had VERTIGO??? Perhaps if you had a few glass's of wine that will bring you back from falling over LOL. Hope you can get treatment, and it won't take long for you to be back on your feet. (NOT MENT AS A PUN) Take care, will pm you with more stories.

Jane Report 26 Oct 2010 14:51

It sounds as though we all have the same miserable weather.
Well that was a complete waste of time going to Northampton.I went to Beatties as I knew they sold the make of outfit I was looking for.Oh no they don't ,not for the last few months !!!.So I think it will now be a trip to MK or maybe Leicester.

Frank ,have PM you.

That is not nice Jill.I hope there is something that can be done. Not sure I believe you about the wine though lolol.

It sounds like you have a jog on your hands with those rellies Liz !!

I must go and put the heating on.It's freezing !!!

Maureen

Maureen Report 26 Oct 2010 15:44

Yep, wet and miserable here too.

Surprised you didn't find anything in Northampton Jane, I went shopping there a couple of years ago thought it had a great selection of shops, although MK is much bigger. I went to Westfield a couple of times too but don't like all those designer shops, you pay three times as much for something just because it's got a designer name on it.

Haven't read my e.mails yet and am looking forward to seeing your photos Ann, you always take a good pic.

You silly billy Ann, did you have an image of me rolling down a complete double bed from the loft ... lol It's in bits, and the mattress is under mine, that's why I'm sitting up in bed like Queen Victoria. Have got quite used to it now, it will feel strange coming back down to earth !!!!

Great poem Mandy. Think I've worked off all those crisps now, did about 10 kilometres yesterday and burnt up about 200 calories. I could have a bar of chocolate now ....LOL

Going to have a look at the flowers Mel sent, although I did see them on the M**ks website, very pretty.

Congratulations Sheila, two more babies for next year. Looks like it might be a bumper year. Although not as many as the year I was born, think we were called the Baby Boomers ????

hi Jill how nice to hear from you .

Yes Jill it was a bit of a shock but great news for the girls.
my lump is to be checked out next Tuesday at the womens hospital the doctor said it could be inflamation but it needs checking and it is a bit scary .I had a cyst removed
and I am hoping this will be nothing to worry about.

You sound great fun Jill I tried carving a pumpkin great disaster .Vertigo that is a shame be careful a drop of wine does you good at times I sometimes guzzle a bit of red wine out of the bottle left around here do not drink really but it does me good.
