My computer does strange things from time to time. Today when I logged on the clock had disappeared from the bottom along with the shut down button and the title bar where you type the site in had gone. When I logged in later it was all back!! I think its the updates on mine that put a spanner in the works.

Oh Gawd! He has been in and out of the garage all afternoon.He has a couple of really old Chest of drawers in there.They could have been his grandads.I'm not sure.He said I will empty that one and then do it up.I said no ,don't do anything.I keep hearing it is better to leave something as it is if you want to sell it.Even if it looks manky.Not that he wants to sell ,but it would be interesting to see if they are worth something.
Blue sky appearing now!Hopefully Chester has had his nervous breakdown for the day and the thunder has gone elsewhere lol

Are you all having a lie in ?.So far it is not looking bad outside.Hazy sun I think I would call it.I never did get to pick the beans yesterday because of the rain so am off to get them now.

In the book I am reading something reminded me of younger days.Before the days of cling film.Damp T Towels put over plates of sandwiches and finger food to keep them fresh and not died up.I remember Mum doing that.

Morning all,

Went out with OH yesterday to Bow to another fish place. It looked good on their website but when we got there there was all blanket weed in the tanks and not many fish that were nice and they were very expensive. SIL and BIL followed us and then we went to Homeleigh garden center and SIL gave OH some money and we bought three more Koi.

Well Jane you have been wishing for rain and it now sounds like you got it all at once!! Trouble is if you have hailstones at this time of year they make marks on the leaves and flowers of your plants.

OH is mowing the grass and I must go up and water the tunnel as it has been a bit neglected in the past week.

I planted up three bage of potatoes this morning. They will be ready for Christmas day's dinner.

Mel, be careful with how many fish you put in the pond. It will stunt their growth. They will only grow in relation to the amont of water available. POKING MY NOSE IN AGAIN !!!!

Had an excellent meal last night, apart from the waiter dropping FOUR empty plates on my bad hand and my right leg. three smashed on the floor. Curry all down my trousers and shirt. And would you believe, as we were leaving he did it to someone else. I wonder if he has a JOB today. poor little Bu##er.

Oh Frank!!Poor you .Poor Waiter.Maybe he was overworked/under staffed?

You saying about too many fish in a pond.My neighbours who have just put a new liner in their pond have 51 fish and it is already cloudy.The pond is small.They never add new fish ,they just reproduce!!.
I have just picked the first Tomato.I wonder who will get it?

We've had a lovely green dragon fly about the pond all day. OH has taken some pics. but it keeps settling on the moss on the wall by the filter box and it's laying it's eggs on the moss. OH says it is stupid!!!!!

Mel we have lots of Dragon Fly's around.I think they must come from next door's lake .They are beautiful ,but no way I could get a pic.

We've had such a lazy day ,pity the weather wasn't just that bit better so we could have sat outside .
Oh Frank, Curry can be a devil to get out of clothing ,leaves nasty stains !!
He was a butter fingers !!

When we got in the car the other day we were driving along when i spotted a Grass Hopper on the wipers ,he was hanging on for dear life , we stopped to get Petrol and the next minuet he was in the car !! they are such a bright green, we manged to get him on a piece of paper and put him outside .
