I am sorry Anthony didn't keep this updated as I had asked him but he was too upset

It is with great sadness that I have to tell you that Jack lost his battle to stay with us on Monday, he went very peacefully in his mothers arms he had fought a great battle to stay but he was in considerable pain.

Jack did not go alone as the day before his grandfather died so was waiting to meet him I am sure with his arms open wide for him.

I have been told that his grandfather for a few days before when he went to sleep had been calling out " Wait for me Jack"

I am sure your thoughts and prays go out to Jack's family and in particular his dad who lost his father and his baby son in less that one day

Oh Pam,I'm so sorry .I had a feeling that little Jack had not pulled through as there had been no news.
He is at peace now and with his Grandad.My thoughts are with Jacks family now at this terribly sad time

Pam, I am so sorry to read this, I was sure little Jack was pulling through, but you know, maybe things work out in a way we don't understand, Jack and his grandfather being together forever must be a tiny consolation rather than Jack going alone.

It must be such a difficult time for all the family and I hope Jack's daddy will have a lot of support while he tries to support Jack's Mummy, both parents will need so much help to get through this.

Thanks to your son for the earlier messages. My sympathy to you all.

May Jack and his Granddad rest in peace for eternity.
