Years ago one xmas eve I was driving with my then OH in our 3.5 Rover when we the engine kept cutting out and was over heating. We pulled over into a 'private road' and baled out. OH opened the bonnet, he tried to see what was wrong. Anyway cut a long story short I started the engine for him and the whole lot went on fire ...he had drained fuel, we were also sitting over a puddle with fuel in it ...so the engine had flames we grabbed all the dog blankets from the back to douse the fire above. |
