I have just written a lengthy post extolling the benifits of acupuncture,and it got whooshed.

Basically I said,if you are offered it,grab their hands off,it is the best thing since sliced bread.

It dosn't hurt,and the benifits are amazing.

It's Accupressure, not brave enogh for accupuncture

I was told there is no operation and no cure, so it's a case of put up and shut up, didn't sleep properly for exactly a year until X rays showed what the problem was, and I felt better knowing, I do have a high pain threshold fortunately.

Hope you have a good rest and will try to catch up with you tomorrow.

hello may omg you must be in hellish pain, does the accupunture hurt ?
i guess and op is out the question, im off to bed in a min hope you get some sleep .chat tomoorow, i stupidly put this post up then took my sleepers lol god bless ya xxxx

Hi LPC, I have upper and lower pain as I have ten prolapsed discs in my spine, for the upper spine, shoulders and neck pain I usually find that accupressure helps when the pills and anti-inflammatory jell need a little help.

If you suffer from pain, do you find some are bareable and easily treated whilst others are just horrible.
My worst pain is the burning pain around my upper torso very stron pain reliefe helps a little , but open to any ideas of treating it may homepathic xx
