Hope alls well Kim if you looking in.
Brax is now in prison. I am guessing the guy he admitted to killing will turn up and all will be well again lol.
Romeos ashes have been scattered :-( boo hoo.

Ah yes, it's a rather lame storyline which I think has been slotted in to allow the actor, Stephen Peacocke (Brax), to have leave of absence from last May to Sept. to play a role in the film 'Hercules'. He taped ahead and did a few extra gaol scenes, which we have just been watching, so he hasn't been missing from our screens.
I'm concerned about our Kim. Haven't heard from her for quite a while. Hope you are improving, Kim. Please let us know how you are, when you feel up to it.

Hey !! Am I the only one holding this thread up? Hope you are all well and look forward to hearing from you.
Well, the season finished here this week. A bit of a let-down, as we had seen so much build-up towards an explosion taking place, that of course, it was no surprise - and it finished with a cliff-hanger, as usual, leaving us wondering. You in UK won't see the episode until about the end of February, but at least you will see it the next day and not be left wondering for six weeks, like we are left with.

Just trying to save the thread from disappearing altogether! Our version of H & A finishes on Wednesday with a triple episode and I believe that the UK viewers will also be having a break of 4-5 weeks from Dec 13. That will put UK three months behind us - so we will need to be careful we don't give out 'spoilers' when we talk about the show here. They were only 3 weeks behind us when they took a break in August. Why they need another break, I don't know, but they must have their reasons.
Marion and Barbara - hope you are both well and hope to see you posting soon.

Good to see you posting Kim. It must get you down when things keep recurring. Yes, the Walkers have all gone. Sid actually went last December, but made enough film to be seen until August - and he has just come back or the wedding. He was going to take Sasha, but Irene came to the rescue. I think Harvey went quite a while ago. We see him on the promos, but it could be another one of those 'dream' sequences. It finishes on Wednesday, 27th with a triple episode - and that's it for about six weeks. I understand that UK is having another 'break' of four weeks when we do, so that will put them three months behind us. So we will have to remember back when we talk to the other ladies.

Hi Berona,
Yes the same illness continuing and now a few more horrid things added in. The whole Walker family gone and the others moving into the farmhouse. It has all happened very quickly.
Josh and Andy are a boring pair, almost seems that storyline is not going anywhere soon. The evil deputy principal is a good character, she's hotting things up and I suppose that cliffhanger is coming. Would be good to see Harvey back, I like his character now; he has mellowed.
I like the new doctor, he is a strong character and very gentle on the eyes too. ;-) :-D

Hello Kim. Good to see you on here again. I've been concerned about you. Each day, I check the index to see i anyone has added, so I won't miss any of you.
Sorry to learn that you have been ill. It must get you down, if it's the same old problem. I hope you improve and can come and see us again soon.
Yes, it's time to end the contracts and start new ones in H&A. They seem to be catering for the schoolies, rather than the families, these days.

Hi everyone,
Still watching the dramas and traumas of Home and Away. I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I don't get on here much these days as I am so ill, but just wanted to let you all know I was thinking of you, especially when I'm watching the show.
Another wedding and more leaving Summer Bay. April and her usual prima dona behaviour; that I won't miss. ;-) ;-)

Yes, I think three white wedding dresses jinxed Bianca. The red one had the desired effect!
At present, we are 9 weeks ahead of UK viewers, but we go for our summer break here at the end of November, so the gap will close up to about 3 weeks by the time our next season starts. Apparently, it's a legal thing within the industry that the country of origin must be ahead. I know that we are always behind the UK and USA with any of their productions. I'm still waiting for Downton Abbey 4 and I know we won't get it until the new year. I believe series 5 is into production. My son bought me series 1 to 3 for Mother's Day, so I will have to content myself with watching that until we can see 4.

Hi Berona and all. Sorry again, not been on.
I hope all is well with the bushfires now.News is full of the storms here now.Scotland is ok,but some parts got it bad.
Yes it was Ghost with Patrick Swayze....minus him lol. It was brilliant, special effects were amazing.I was a bit worried it wouldnt have been the same as I had seen the film lots of times before. I still had leaky eyes at some bit's lol. Even my husband admitted he thought it might not match up to the film..but he really enjoyed it too.He only went along as I wanted to see it.
Bianca is finally getting married...unless they fall off the cliff lol.
Hope all is well with everyone. ;-)
Nope, wedding went through without them going over lol.

Just brought this forward to check on Kim. How are things with you, Kim? Are you threatened by the bushfires? I am not. It's all residential where I am and about twenty miles further west of more residential suburbs, before the area thins out and becomes a threat. The fire has come very close to that area (Springwood) but the fantastic fire-fighters have done a wonderful job - and continue to do it. I know there are fires up around where you are. Are you safe from it?

Is that "Ghost" the one with Patrick Swayzee? If so, I liked it too. Hope you enjoy the show.
Yes, the Braxton brothers are going to London to shoot some scenes for a storyline. They might even be there, but I think it might be later this month. Chanel 5 has been running a competition with the prize being a dinner date with one of the brothers. Apparently, the show is popular, particularly with the young girls.

Just keeping the thread going and wondering if you are all well? Home and Away seems to have concentrated on the Braxton family for quite a while now. We finally got Heath married and Darryl (Brax) will be leaving our screens in the next week or two - until next year. I believe a few of them are leaving permanently - April, Dex, Indi - but we are still seeing them so it won't be for a while. Their contracts are finishing and most of them have something better on offer.
Kim - hope you are OK. Thinking of you x x x x

Just posting to keep the thread alive! We now have a new doctor in Summer Bay and the nasty one has left.
Marion is going to be busy for a while. Haven't heard from Kim or Barbara for a while. Hope all is well with you both.
We are having an early Summer here. Had the mildest winter ever, so we can expect a very long and very hot summer! 32c here to-day and it's only the first month of Spring!

No. Sally is not ill. Her daughter, Pippa, has Mitachondrial (sp) disease. It was included in the storyline to make people aware that it is more common than we realise. I had not heard of it, but our friend on here, Kim, knows a lot about it.
I had forgotten about Holly. Yes, she was a pest. Just part of the 'passing' storylines, in between others.
