The chicken was great. I marinaded it in red wine, olive oil, tomato puree and tomato ketchup, chopped garlic and soy sauce. Then cooked it on high in the sauce in the microwave for 12 minutes. (6 small boned thighs) Then let it go cold as we had it with salad.

I wouldn't normally cook chicken in the microwave but to be honest it tasted more or less the same as if it had been cooked in the main oven so will be ideal for holiday cooking where there is usually a microwave.
