margarets daughter has e- mailed me photos of her mum and she is going to ring my dad this afternoon
so im off now to e-mail these photos to a friend who lives beside my parents so he can copy and print them and take them round to my dad today so we dont have to wait for the post
im still in my pjs lol

Hi Everyone thankyou all for your replies and good wishes for my dad and margaret
As you can imagine we are all so delighted that we will finally get them back together
my dad is getting a phone call today from one of margarets daughters we found she has three daughters so thats three neices for my mum and dad and three cousins for me and my sister
and hopefully the next day margaret and my dad will talk for the first time in 75 years
then the next step we are going down to meet her
i am going with my mum and dad and yes there wont be a dry eye in the house
we have all been very emotional lots of tears since yesterday but all tears of joy
will keep you updated on how it all goes

We found my Dad's sister,but unfortunately they'd died (both in their 80s) and within 6 weeks of each other,so it's lovely to hear your Dad and his sister will be reunited

we are all so pleased that they can finally be back together they should be talking on the phone next couple of days and then mum and dad are travelling from scotland to southend on sea to meet with her and her family
we are taking it slowly for them as margaret being only two didnt know she had a brother she couldnt remember him but my dad being four remembers her so its not such a shock for him
so slow but sure and we will get there
