Have just taken down my cards and it was lovely to see such a wide variety of designs, 23 in all from our group and another 25 from other crafty friends. My craft groups thought they were great :)

Jo, I missed the arrival of you grandaughter so must just say congratulations.

Lovely sunny day here so some gardening got done.

Evening ladies, been a miserable day here lots and lots of rain, but this evening has been lovely, but has turned really cold now.

Well baby Jessica was taken back into hospital at the weekend as the midwife thought she had a blockage but she is now at home and feeding well and finally putting on weight.

Have managed to make several cards today, which makes a nice change for me. Also had an order for 2 baby word books which are finished and delivered!!

The weather is a bit hit & miss today, rain,sun,rain :(

I went to the NEC on Saturday :-) good day out, but not as many stalls there as usual, the sewing & stitching was brilliant and of course the crafts, although a lot of the same stuff....... very tired by closing time, was glad to get home.

What lovely weather here today sun has shone and it was lovely.



Just been to collect my daughters dogs and hamsters, have them to look after whilst they have gone on a skiing holiday. Still at least the dogs will have fun with mine. Hope the hamsters don't keep me awake though or they could end up in the garage!!



Well my new grandchild finally arrived in the early hours this morning. A little girl 8lb 9oz, now that was a surprised as for some reason I had thought it was going to be a boy, makes me 3 of each now. Not sure when they will be home as my DIL needed a caesarean. They took her in Thursday evening to start her but by the early hours of this morning there was not a huge amount of progress and the baby started to show signs of distress and her heart rate was dropping, so off to the theatre. Been to visit this afternoon and have a cuddle.

Kelly is coming across with Rémi so will be a lovely few days and fingers crossed the weather will be better.
Been busy outside lopping wood this week so apart from craft group I have not much crafting this week.
Did have some good news this week as won a set of Martha Stewart punches on the Time for crafting forum, really pleased as do love these punches .
I had to enter some cards made from templates from the online mag so did three :))

Morning everyone.
Back from my daughters in Northampton and straight into looking after my other daughters little one, think I need some time to myself!! Helped eldest granddaughter make some easter chocolates and sweets for all her friends. Put them in card bags with little folded header cards with easter designs on and put lots of ribbon on the ones for the girls, think we didn't cook the fudge long enough as it was quite soft, but it tasted lovely, all the other kinds turned out fine.


New grandchild still has not arrived so they are taking her in hospital tomorrow, looking forward to knowing what it is!!



Sylvia, hope the mask arrives soon, I am sure you will see a huge improvement once you start using it.

How long before you get the mask Sylvia, it must be very frustrating to keep falling asleep, you must feel as if you are wasting the day. Hope it wont be too long before you get it anyway.

Hoi everybody,
Thought I'd better show myself again.
I spent so much time sleeping yesterday and the day before. This morning I was up, got the breakfast and then fell asleep again. It really makes me cross that I cannot do everything I want to do.
I did manage to buy Johan's birthday present on T hursday and today wrapped the 3 books in. I hope he likes them. Otherwise I'll have to change them!
Thank everybody who sent us messages etc. for our wedding anniversary. We had a quiet day, and that 's all I can bear at the moment.
My balcony is looking a bit brighter. I managed to buy a large floral wreath with birds and eggs, flowers real and eggs too! I have it fixed on our balcony wall so I can see it from inside in the warmth.
I have finished all my flower arrangements inside too.
The weather has been quite nice with some rain and some sunshine. Yes, real Spring weather!

Maisie, I am so sorry to hear your news, what a sad time you have had recently.

Hi Ladies received a text from Maisie yesterday, but unfortunately not at home staying at daughters for a few days and her internet connection was down it was regarding the very sudden death of her Brother in Law.

Maisie & Joe I am so sorry for your loss, your family has are having a really hard time at the moment. Will be keeping you in my thoughts.
