I think once we have the email addresses sorted out it will be easier to send by email, one copy to everyone, rather than repeated PM's to be honest. There are quite a lot of us now, and PM will take some time.

Obviously, PM would be easier if we are getting them returned for now though.

Perhaps when Jill gets a moment she can revise the list of names and send them all out again in one email. I've not got some of the pieces sent out and I dont' know if they are being sent back or not sent at all LOL

will do that Teresa. With the first list Jill sent out the board names and email names, it is just that a few joined after that and only some got their names and vice versa I think .

Can I make a suggestion.

While our email may bear no resemblance to our board names, by which we're known best, can we put our board names in the subject line as well as the subject/title, just so we know who is sending what.
