I've had one of those weeks - sorry.

I work full time and have been out three evenings this week - and fell asleep on the sofa last night for a couple of hours.

I am trying to catch up with all the writing! You lot are writing and writing and writing! Unbelievable! And I remember the first couple of days and people were saying "Oh, two weeks won't be long enough ..." Pah! No stopping you now is there? LOL

I am now going to backtrack on this thread to where I last read up to - a few pages back now - and will be back in a few minutes.

Ladies, I have just sent something round, I was adding a photo so thought I would send it all at once... and then went and left off the 'set piece' ( raises eyes to heaven !)

Anyway, the story I have sent out, a few of you have already read the first part but I wanted to ' finish it off'... though I might add to it sometime.

Ok, see if your email contacts have groups available, they usually do. if so, create a group and move everyone into it. Then when you go to send an email out, all you need do is type in the name of the group. It will automatically go to those you have in the group.

Anyone seen our leader?

Ann, I think BC has company coming so she's sent out a day early. lol (either that or she got all excited because she found out how to send to everyone )

Good that wasn't it Rose. Are we sending today or tomorrow. Did BC just want to impress us all first so we would feel ours wasn't good enough to send.. Well you succeeded BC. Loved it!!

Well I couldn't get the group to work on windows mail like I used to on outlook express so. I opened a word document. Then I took one of Jill's that had all the addresses on it, copied and pasted into the word doc and now I copy and paste from that. I obviously had to add the couple that joined in later.

Glad you asked, Maggie, I am making very heavy weather of putting everyone together! oops...I am a poet! lol Teresa will talk us through I am sure:-))

I have done a set piece and, if everyone can stand it, I have the third chapter to send out of All the Fun of the fair. Mau, have you had chapter two?

I've done a set piece,very quickly I might add, and have kept my other poem for a later date.

BC did you put us all in a group? if so, just type the name of the group into the address bar thingy.

Don't forget to paste your piece into the body of the email too lol

No problem Stella, none of us are obliged to do something...

i haven't done anything, didn't fancy the set piece and it took me ages to do the piece i was set for my local writing group, so haven't anything to send out really..looking forward to reading everyone else's though
