Afternoon Ladies!!!

I'm still busy with other projects, so not had much time for the group work, but here's this week's story seeds. Purely optional, do them if you want, don't worry if you don't. It's just a bit of fun.

Use any of the following as the start of a piece of fiction or non-fiction:

1.A shot rang out across the ………
2.It had always been this way, and as far as Mary could see, there wasn’t any chance of ………
3.The exploitation of ………

Bridget, we send to all.

I have had parts one and two only of yours. Hope this helps.

Incidentally did you find parts one to five of mine, I know you weren't sure.

I am yet one more who needs to say sorry .I am still reading everything but just not doing the commenting!.Am still enjoying reading everyones pieces.
I probably read a couple of books a week.Most are Crime/Murder/Thriller type.
Just finished one this morning (at 4am) I woke in the night and couldn't get back to sleep).By Karen Rose.Title Shh Don't Tell.It was brilliant.

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 27 Feb 2010 14:13

Me neither, I don't even read them much, only occasionally when on holiday and they are the only books available.

TeresaW

TeresaW Report 27 Feb 2010 14:11

Yes they do have to be researched throroughly, not just the police procedures side, and forensics side, but also the psyche of the criminal I would have thought.

I never fancied writing crime stories, I don't think I've got 'that kind of mind' LOL

AnninGlos

AnninGlos Report 27 Feb 2010 14:01

I always think it is much more difficult to write about crime because you have to know about the legal side as well usually.
