	Ann of GG, please don't drop out. Just read, and don't worry about replying...enjoy the reading for now, and participate when you're able to. It's all a bit overwhelming...but there's no hurry at all to comment on anyone's work. We're all getting feedback anyway... Just don't drop out, do what you can when you can, and if you can't...nobody will mind.

	That's a relief, Ann and Teresa, it's not just me then. I was at Greenwich university today as my son was attending the open day. One of his subjects is English and the lecturer was also talking about a creative writing course!! I felt quite jealous and picked up the leaflet!

I am guilt-ridden but have my "excuses" - work full time, going on hols for a week next Saturday, sitting reading threads on Chat tonight and not doing anything at all useful or constructive ... oh listen to her ... 	...and for this week's set piece. Today you must use the following vital elements in your piece of fiction or non-fiction. (or poetry) That’s the only rule. You don’t need to use the actual words, but all of the elements must be somewhere in your exercise: 1.Frozen lake 2.Canoe (or kayak) 3.Horse No word limit on this one...wing it. lol
