	Having finally got round to having our Christmas dinner last Sunday, I used Daff's recipe for Turkey soup, for the carcass,and have to say it is the best yet, that I have made. Had a bowl full for lunch yesterday, and have frozen another 6 pints. So thanks Daff, for yet again one of your wonderful recipes. Julia in Derbyshire
