When a will is made and it is stated that certain people get whatever, can you tell me if a will is made and a person that has been put in the will dies and the person that made the will out hadn't changed it what happens to the items and money etc from the person that had died does it get shared out with the others that are left in the will or does it go to the next of kin of the person that was going to get a share.That is if the person that made the will out had died of course. |
