Morning all
I am home today a day off i thought ,I have e meeting booked at 10.30 ,so a relaxed start so I thought they aim to start at 10.00am so now I have to get the room ready as it was a dumping ground from a week lol I have washed the floors so madam has arisen I need to hoover and that will have to do lol

Mine is artificial and old too. :-D :-D :-D

LOL, is it a real tree, ours is artificial, and very old.

Thanks I am feeling a bit weary now and I need to get some energy up for tomorrow because we are pulling all the lounge furniture out tomorrow for a good clean under it. I might then get the tree put up if I have any energy left :-D :-D

Afternoon all, very grey here today but not too chilly. I have been in the Archive all morning and now have to sort out some stuff that I bought home. I also have some more Christmas craft to get on with so I will be back in a while

this is a good area for access to medical facilities ,we have Dentists,plenty of GP surgery ,the nurses are the first line of defence as well ,as the reception .
the social prescribers are a brilliant resource for us as they will visit the community groups and meet people where they are .

Ours have the monopoly, choice of no choice really.

Some health centres near here are down to 2 or 3 GPs hence the complaints of not getting appointments.

We have 9 Doctors, 2 of them are registrars.

We still have about 6 permanent and we also get a few locums when it gets really busy.

Some Doctors have left the practice or were registrars and they only stay for a year anyway.
I did suggest a way they could get more Doctors but that went down like a lead balloon.

No I don't have problems but I know a lot of people who do. My health centre is really good if it is a minor ailment the nurses see you which leaves the GPs to deal woith more serious things.

Is it difficult for you to get one? I made this one about a month ago. :-(

'Orrible innit, we have to go to town tomorrow after I've been to the Doctors, yuk I hate going to the Doctors.

Just tea,coffee and nibbles and then a talk as usual. I am not looking forward to going out as it is damp and cold out there :-|
