I don't take any notice of out of date food, hubby does though and throws it out if it is out of date, what would you do if there wasn't a date on stuff though?

hi there well i did motivate to go to ASDA not done much else though ,I have sorted the baking trays out though ,and purchased some new ones ,also done the food cupboard ,got rid of a load of out of date sauces and spices

I can't do with stroppy :-| :-| :-|. It is a shame that they can be like that when their animals are in dire need of a forever home.

hi LG i can totally understand why the checks are strict ,but one of them was so stroppy with it ,I mentioned it to someone else and they had come across the same attitude ,I guess they like having loads of cats around then as their animals all are the same .

We have just finished for the day and had a quick lunch. We are off out on the birthday dinner tonight so we have only had a roll.
We got Holly from a local rescue centre and they weren't too bad but they did, quite rightly run checks and visited us at home before we had our application approved. It wasn't overly complicated though:-)

I am just getting my mo jo back I have no routine or get up and Go ,The Pet crem have just delivered a sweet little casket ,as well as a card with a beautiful poem on .
I am also making enquiries about a an adult cat ,some of the refuges are so protective you would think you are adopting a child .Its good that they care but no wonder some of them dont get homed

We have had some rain but not enough to make us rush out and get the washing in, other than that is is quite warm really, but we aren't going anywhere :-D :-D :-D :-D

Morning all, I meant not my usual saugage roll on shopping day :-D. It is lovely and sunny here this morning so the washing is in the machine and we will give the bhouse a good clean through as the sunshine shows all the dust up :-0 :-0 :-D :-D

My washing is dry lol It is very humid and overcast but the breeze is getting up so the clouds should clear

Snap LaGooner, for lunch we have liver pate roll and cream cake, putting the frozen stuff away now then a sit down for a while and nothing. :-D :-D

Afternoon all, we have just got back from a food shop and I am just going to do lunch before I sit down for the afternoon. I bought some work home from the Archive to do so that will keep me out of mischief :-D :-D :-D

Afternoon all, I have been out on business for most of the morning so now having a chilled afternoon. It is really warm and muggy here so the fan is on full blast :-D

I'm saying this in the nicest way. We had to give our dog away because a neighbours dog peed against the radiator in our hall ( we didn't know that then ) we thought our dog had taken to doing that so had him rehoused, so he is forever alive in minds although that was many years ago. When I found out what really happened I told the owner exactly what I though of him and his dog and told him that neither of them were welcome in our house or garden any more.

<3 <3, I found that when the last one went missing that's why after a while I got Holly.

It is strange coming in to an empty house ,No meowing for food

Oh Maz, how sad but as you say she was getting on and was not in pain. <3 <3 <3. That is the worst bit of having pets they are part of the family. Our Tortie Fenix was just like Cleo, noisy ,full of mischief and a proper character so I know how much you will miss her.

I have had to say good bye to my old girl Cleo she died suddenly last night ,she woke up growling Jumped on my bed then died so I am just waiting for her to be collected ,She was 19 so a good age and didn't suffer i am just trying to get motivated .
I I will miss her terribly she was such a character being a tortoiseshell .
