Evening Island and welcome to the thread :-D. I did buy some bedding Violas yesterday but that is as far as I have got with the garden. I might get out there over the weekend and start prepping the raised beds ready for planting.I do so wish I had room to plant seeds and grow my own but hey ho this house is better than the last one albeit it has a lot smaller garden

I went to a service of an unveiling of a CWGC plaque at the town cemetery. I couldn't park close by so had quite a walk in the rain and then back. I had an interesting talk with the CWGC fella and also the chairman of the British Legion who has asked me if I could do a talk for them about the WW1 project. I then stopped off at our local chip shop on the way back to pick up lunch as I couldn't be bothered to cook.After the evening run I went out again a bit later to pick up my son's fiance from her work as he was tied up with something and couldn't do it. I have just got tea out of the way and sat with my feet up at last :-D :-D

What have you been up to then, apart from the school run?

Just got back from Sports Direct, hubby bought 4 polo tops and a jacket which is too big so we will go back Monday and get money back or swap it for a smaller one. I panic bought some loose fitting track suit trousers for my hospital stay. I'm am definitely cream crackered now. :-D

Evening YG, they say it will be warm at the weekend but we shall see :-D. The cat is snoring beside me on the sofa,the poor thing has tired herself out tearing one of her toy mice to bits :-D :-D :-D.

It is much milder here than it has been and the first week where I haven't frozen indoors while working! I did hear mention on 17-18 degs at the weekend, but not sure whether we will get those temperatures here!!

I have the little furry terrorist here! She came yesterday and is going home tomorrow evening. She has actually been really good, but I am cream crackered playing with her :-D She has finally settled on the sofa and is dozing :-) :-)
