	afternoon it was morning when I started this post however I got distracted I am deliberately in scruffy clothes today cos I am getting some clearing out done ,The coalhole and other little junk corners

	Not up to much today, good job really cos I don't feel up to dong much anyway, we will be going out later for hubbies hospital appointment, oh what an exciting life we lead eh!
