I stopped using my stick just after I had the second knee replacement which was just over 5 years ago. My muscle strength is better since I was put on my high protein diet by the GP's health coach. |

I use a stick or a Rollator whenever I go out, I simply don't have the muscle power anymore. |

We are home, well feds and watered. We still have youngest one here but older one went home to do some school work before going out this evening to see her Dad with the rest of the family. Youngest did not want to go so hence she is here with us until they get back |

We went into the big town as it has been raining for most of the day. They were pleased because we gave them their pocket money and they bought themselves some clothes and make up.2 happy teenagers ;-) :-D. We then treated them to lunch before coming home. |
