That's three birthday bashes in three days! You'll be all 'caked' out LG lol.

Maz- you realise we will expect a couple of formal photos to do the rounds. You did know that didn't you? lol . Make sure you let us know when tasting samples of the cake are ready to catapult over. We don't want to have to wash the windows again!

Poor little thread. All alone and abandoned while at least 3 Nutters are off celebtating various family events. Hope they are all having a good time.

Wonder if RMS packed her ear plugs? That's a fourth regular other wise engaged!

I am here. Just about ready to shower and tissy up for the family breakfast.

Team lost again last night. One win out of 8 matches. Despondent, sad and slightly bemused they should be playing so badly.
Oh well, she said philosophically whilst grinding the teeth.

Question. Should I make my family tree public so that others who appear to exchange information between themselves can get it right. More and more I am noticing slight differences. I am particularly interested when I have the certificates to back up my data. Messaging tree owners on Ancestry is a jolly waste of time. They either don't reply or don't follow up when they do reply.

Answer my own question, nope do not wish to make it public. Might put up a new tree just with that bit once I have my new certificates and can verify the information further.

And now I have to stop because this stupid screen is jumping up and down again. Starts happening when I have 4300 characters left.

Morning/evening everyone.

Maz, I hope everything went to plan and that you all had a wonderful day.

The windows are open ready for the cake and DET is right about the photos. We can't wait!

Morning all, have you all slept in?

I suppose there could be some hangovers in the lodge this morning.

I hope all the celebrations went well and everyone has a relaxing day today.

I've given up leaving messages on Ancestry, I tell people I have the certificates, give them all the information from the certs...... and they ignore it - so I just don't bother now.

Morning YG, you sneaked in while I wasn't looking.

AuntySherlock Report 16 May 2010 10:13

Hi There. Had a lovely breakfast. Managed to gather together 11 family members in the same place at the same time without any arguments.

Spent the remainder of the day swapping over my wardrobe from summer to winter. This means I put all the summer clothes I did not wear in the spare room and hung all the winter clothes I won't wear in my wardrobe. Probably should add can't to that won't because I am sure I am a few millimetres (quiet you lot) larger around the middle.

I am back on the dietry straight and narrow from tomorrow morning. Vegetable soup, apples, pears and oranges for three days. I feel nauseous already. Crams the last of the chocolate into the mouth. After the three days, healthy food with lots of vegies, and other obnoxious stuff.
See how long I last this time. I have to beat six months without any chocolate or lollies or sugary stuff.

YG Report 16 May 2010 10:21

Morning Pauline!

Maybe you are right about the hangovers lol!!!

Aunty, I didn't make any comments ....... honest!! I can't say much in favour of my eating habits and the size of my waist at the moment but veggie soup and fruit ..... a bit too drastic for me!!

Pauline $(*-*)$

Pauline $(*-*)$ Report 16 May 2010 10:33

Well I've just had a banana, that's as much fruit as I can manage in a day.

+++DetEcTive+++

+++DetEcTive+++ Report 16 May 2010 10:51

Just stay off the Milo Aunty! And deffinately no more chocolate until 25 December. Haven't even thought of getting the summer clothes out yet as it's far too changable. My 'few pounds' since the New Year are still keeping me company ;( The cool weather is not conducive to salad et al.

Should we whisper or SHOUT to get the attention of the missing Lodgers's lol

There hasn't been any reports of riots, or mayhem at a family wedding up north has there.

Either that or Maz is asleep under the table still clutching the empty bottle of giggle juice. Ah, let her sleep, she deserves a rest after all her hard work.

By the way the soup and fruit are just for three days. After that you go back to eating what you like except for the sugar. And as sugar is what puts on my pounds it is what I find hardest to give up. So it is easiest to start without any in the system.

LaGooner Report 16 May 2010 14:12

Maz has been on other wedding thread so she is obviously sober now LOL

Pauline $(*-*)$ Report 16 May 2010 14:15

Hmm, maybe I should check-out the local news for wedding riots.

They were very lucky with the weather yesterday because it's tossing it down today. We had brilliant sunshine yesterday but the sky is black now.
