Did a spelling test for employment in a government office once. Scored 98 out of 100 and they put two big exclamation marks on the page. I was so cheesed off I never scored the perfect 100.

The words I couldn't spell. Embarrassment, and diarrhoea. Fair gives me the s**** everytime I think about it and I still have to be careful with those words.

Lol Muffy... I must have been on my very best and poshest behaviour, lol... or sober!! I can get very very loud, so I am told, lolol!! ;¬)) But my feet and shoulder were hurting when I went to Peterborough lol..... I was quiet cos I was in pain....... ;¬))

To be honest, we have been surrounded by various accents most of our adult life... me and OH... so we didn't really notice accents, as we are so used to a variety all in one go, so to speak...
