Jan, take care of youself properly while Dutch is away.

Joyce and Jan here's hoping for the best outcome with the tests.
I and many others are keeping their fingers crossed that nothing that can't be put right is found.

Jan you take care while Joyce is away. Hopw you are feeling much better.

Carole, it won't be a surprise as she is sure to log on at Ann's lol

Jan, you take care of yourself while Joyce is away and hope Joyce's flight goes ok and the wheelchair doesn't cause too much hassle. I know you have to be up early to take her to the airport so hope she hasn't kept you awake worrying about everything.

Tell Joyce I will talk to her at Ann's.

We are all keeping our fingers crossed for Joyce Jan, and hoping for the best outcome.
She rang me this morning from the airport,7-45 and asked if I was awake, lol. She was sat in her wheelchair and said she was hungry but couldn't go for anything with having her bags with her. I told her to grab someone and ask them to get a sandwhich for her, a porter or someone.
I will be speaking to her when she gets to Anns.
I hope you are feeling better now Jan and as the others have said you must look after yourself.

Hoping that everything goes well for Joyce at the hospital - she is always in my thoughts and prayers. Hope her flight to UK went without a problem.

As others have said you look after yourself too Jan whilst Joyce is in UK.
I expect someone will keep us informed on how things go.

won't be on much have a busy weekend as was this week!!

Dutch isn't able to get on a computer here her friends sons has a virus.
Posted a suprise to her last night. Asked her to text me when it arrives. I told her it's a callendar which is also in there.

Talking about some of the suprises she has done for others she said you never know what is going on!!!

She didn't sound too good. Jan is missing her by the sounds of it. I hope the health problems can be sorted out quickly and she can go home to Jan and it all been worth the separation and expense.

I rang Joyce this morning and as we were talking the post came, Tinkerbelles post has arrived. Joyce was so surprised and a bit full up and said she never expected that. She is wanting to get on herself but can't so asked me to tell you all how thrilled she is and said a massive thank you to you all, she can't believe she has been caught again lol, and by so many people, she read me the names out and she was amazed at how many had contributed.
There is no news yet from the doctors but she is going to see him tomorrow then she will let me know what he says.
Joyce sounds really down and tired and wants to go home to Jan.

Hi Mary, I haven't been too happy since I saw one of my consultants a fortnight ago, it was awful so I don't want to put it up until a ct scan has confirmed it. Obviously my head is all over the place and I can't think straight, hence I am not on much. Not managed to pm you for ages so bear with me.

I'm nudging this for others to see about Joyce but I will let Tinkerbelle tell how much it was and how Joyce was got again.

Well as you know the flowers were delivered on Thursday, along with (free chocolates which Joyce and Ann soon ate!)

I had been waiting for a couple of your promised contributions to come, before I sent the card with all your names on, and had a massive £85 over, so a cheque for that amount went to Joyce. Perhaps it will help get her her flight home to Jan paid for. Thank you very much to each and every one of you who helped give Joyce suce a big suprise. She had no idea what we were planning!! xx

Any word on Joyce's son? Hope she has good news to buck her up. Glad there was such a good amount for her surprise and that it will help with her expenses.

Just checking in for an update on Joyce, hope she's ok.

Glad that she liked her surprise :0)

Was going to ring her but kept getting calls and before I could pick up the phone they hung up, think it might have been Joyce. Having the ansa phone means it only rings 4 times before the message cuts in, can't alter it any more than that and I can't get to the phone in four rings if I am upstairs etc.

Will try and talk to her later today, when she might have more news of her results. Glad she was pleased with the card and cheque, it will be a bit of a weight off her mind.
