GoodMorning ,not doing to bad today its the cough it hurts when i cough,and now Dutch has got the flu from me i think,now i hope you will understand what im saying i no Dutch does things on here but dont no what,but something came to light and she ask me to put it up for her to see if anyone could help i,ll read out any pm anyone sends and will reply ,when Dutch tells me what to write she was rather upset about something yesderday and she said she needs help to do it ,Tinkerbell is ringing Dutch tonight so will tell her also ,as my wife says two heads are better than one and i know as well as you shes not well but she pointed out never to sick to help ones friends,have,nt clue what shes on about,but im sure most of you do

Could i ask for postive for Dutch son Michael who gets resulits from his CT scan of his lungs on weds,and also for two very special friends ,who need our support more than ever,so promised my wife i would just add what she asks,and i also no that you good people will give your thoughts to them 100 per cent,thank you

Hello Jan, thank you for your updates on Joyce, it can't be easy for you with you being ill as well. I am sending positive thoughts for Michael and hope for a good outcome. Joyce sounded better last night, I hope she is having a good rest and not doing to much houswork. Hope your flu gets better soon and you can get back to work.

I just spoke with Joyce, Jan is not any better, she said his cough is worse so I suggested she get the doc in to see him but she says things don't work like that there and they have to go to the surgery. She has been moving furniture to do the cleaning cos of the dogs hair and has had to take the dog out cos Jan can't, she did manage to go back to bed for a lie in for a while but was awake in the night with leg pains so is still tired. I left her cooking the dinner and hope both of them will feel better soon.

Just to add thank you for postive thoughts for Michael and Dutchs two friends,but have got the help she wanted,i might not be on for few days,as the coughing is making me bvery tired and i dont like Dutch walking the dog bvut i cant take him,just told her to e careful dont wont any more mishaps

Goodmorning all ,still got bad cough going to ring docter also Dutch is in bed not very well ,and today is when Michael goes to the hospital to see resulits of his CT scan ,and what medication they will put him on,but he wont tell his Mum as he dos,nt want to worry her i,ll ask him if he dos,nt ring

Thank you all, my works have just phoned up asking how i was told them im no better,but will get aletter mybe sat saying i have to go back to work sick or not,Dutch is still struggling with her breathing but told her her to rest abit,anyone know what Sarcoy level one is ,as Michael has just texted his mum to tell her. and also Dutchs best friend Ann,they wont do opertion as her bones are to soft and her age shes under the bone clinc anyway.and has to go back in two weeks to take the plaster off

Morning both of you, I am sending gentle hugs for both of you. Jan you shouldn't have to go to work sick, that's just plain stupid of your company. Especially with a pandemic flu around. hope you will both be able to get some rest.
Re the diagnosis, I haven't heard of 'sarcoy', it might be 'sarcoma', which is a cancer usually of soft tissue, occasionally of bone. If it is sarcoma, level one would suggest it is very early, therefore best chance of treatment. I would check the spelling of the word though, I may be wrong, don't want to alarm Dutch.

Maybe he means sarcoid, or sarcoidosis. This is a rare lung disease, which can scar lungs. If you Google it, there is plenty of detail. It is not a cancer.
What an odd country, expecting sick people to work, spread disease and make themselves worse. Surely that cant be government policy?

Michael is going to ring his Mum tonight i may not be on for few days as Dutch is,nt very well at the moment ,but will let you no more over the weekend and thank you all for your kind messages for both my wife and myself and Michael ,i no but thats the way it works over here so just waiting to see what happens its vbery rare you see anyone out of work and we know the reason why

Oh Jan, it doesn't seem right that they expect you to go to work when you are ill. Isn't there something you can do about it?
Has Dutch heard anything about going to the hospital yet? I hope she will be able to go very soon and it will all get sorted out as soon as possible.
Thinking about you both, and that things will get better for you soon.

Hope it will be good news from Michael when he rings Dutch tonight. At least they have found what it is and hopefully will start treating it straight away.

I should be around Friday between 3 and 4pm or during the evening if Joyce wants to call me Jan. Hope you will feel better soon and can stay off work a few days more to shake the cold right out of your system.
