Has anyone out there tried to paper print your tree. I can only do trees up to 800 entries and as mine is much bigger than that I am having difficulties. I have reported it to Genes who are of no help whatsoever. They tell me there is a fault in the system but are doing nothing about other than tell me I am in a queue. I have been in that queue for the past 6 months and getting frustrated as I am paying for a service I cannot fully use. 6 months is far too long to correct a fault. I am told that they have a dedicated team but I'm afraid they are not that dedicated. Sorry about the rant. Pat |
