I bruise easily ,so am not surprised at the extent of it. I have 2 more lower down towards my wrist..gosh only knows how they appeared cos I have been careful with that arm..just general housework I suspect.
I had the dressing changed at our surgery today ,they said the wound was healing fine ,but there is some sort of seepage of fluid still there.
So i have half a dozen dressings to use daily....must ring the to find out when I can stop then..tho I do have some from hosp too.
Arm isn't sore at all, but there is very little difference ..if any in my fingers yet, there nurse said it may take some time to settle.
Time will tell if op was a success.

hello, you must tell us more about the kitten Maz.
Wonder how long it will take for the bruising to go Sandie, hope it isn't too uncomfortable.
Gary was at the walk in centre yesterday to have his knee checked. He tripped over some wire at work and hurt his knee.Bit swollen and some soft tissue damage but thankfully no fracture.
Been rather chilly today here. xxx

Hi~~
My ideal and dad's was, if you loose a pet you have another.
Peeps say I'll never have another....phuff ..they are living in a haze.
You will never forget the funny memories they gave you.. Gizmo may return if he preferred your food Maz.
What have you called the new kitten...?
Bet he is climbing the curtains right now.lol
Had the dressing off my elbow this morning, no more bandage, but the bruise is farther than I thought, almost to my wrist and under my armpit ..UGH.. that's just 2 weeks.
Don't to have a bandage now.

Hi~~~

What a beautiful day again. Well it is here, I suspect it is with you too looking at the forecast.

I've put my spectacles down somewhere and can't find them.lol, just as well I have 3 other pairs I can use. My script hardly altered.. if at at all since the last change.. so I have 4 I can wear.. but I don't usually change, unless I am going out for the evening.

Lol..Just found them in son's bedroom....I was changing his bedding , I'm dreadful for taking them off, tho they are varifocals, I still take them off if reading or doing something close....it was buttoning up sons duvet !

*$parkling $andie* Report 22 Apr 2011 14:39

Hi~~

Gosh you ARE having a lot done Maz, new floors as well.
I was looking for carpet for my bathroom, but ended up with laminate tiles, the structural flooring was fine, I love it tho, so easy to keep clean.
It is colder than the flooring my hubby laid in my dad's house as the bathroom was upstairs and the flooring laid on floorboards, with a cushioning underneath, estate agent thought they were ceramic tiles.lol.
Ours being a bungalow it is onto a concrete floor but hubby has put a double thickening of insulation under it:)
Glad you are pleased with it, ours looks so much bigger now the bath has gone !.. tho I loved soak in the bath:)
This shower has an free standing over head cascade and you can change it to a variant height adjustable hose ..which I use..can't stand it falling straight on top of my head, I feel as if I'm drowning, everyone else uses the overhead one:)

Must go and check on hubby he is in the garden without a shirt, must make sure he has sun protection on as it it is beautiful here.

Happy Easter to everyone.

cant wear backless as I tend to step out of them and cannot bear toe post lol
The 2 pair of sandals I am wearing lately are sort of Jesus sandal style. One pair is grey and the other navy.Very comfy.I got them from Cotton trad*rs

*$parkling $andie*

*$parkling $andie* Report 21 Apr 2011 16:40

Been beautiful here too.

Put all hubby's plants out and must do some watering.

What a rip off ,I saw an ad in the national newspaper for sandals that slim your legs £20 a pair. I don't wear sandals until weather is warm enough ,I hate cold feet.. but I have been walking in them now for about a fortnight and can feel the muscles in my legs shaping up. They are backless like the ones in the advert, I wear toe post and backless ones so you have to grip more with your toes and it tightens your calf muscles.
Common sense really, I can buy 3 pairs of comfortable fashionable sandals for that price.
If my feet aren't comfortable neither am I.lol
