morning ladies Sandie maybe you should get your arm looked at again it does not sound as if its worked pain is wearing makes you tired .Big hugs

Been quite a nice day here, tho we did have rain, hubby had got the clothes in just before as he saw the black clouds looming.
He's a jem,...... I was lying down resting my arm.. cos it is now aching from my elbow right into my back.

I will never voluntary have another op. That was my first and my last !

It's not just my fingers now.. it's right up past my shoulder and into my back that painful and even into the back of my hand.
I just don't know how to sleep comfortably any more.

morning I am pleased with the kitchen though I am changing things regularly to put stuff away .
I left my washing out yetserday by the time i had finished last night it was dry and i had put some out overnight which has dried now too

evening all. put washing out this morning,rained so brought it in. Sun came out so pegged it out again. Poured down lol. Put it on the radiators.Tea time sun was shining brightly again. Wish it would make it's mind up.
Sorry to hear that there isn't any improvement in your hand yet Sandie.
How are you finding the new kitchen etc Maz? are you pleased with things?

I'm not too bad thanks.. Generally fine.
Moan.. I do have very sore throat.. I've always been prone to that, grown to live with it now.
Just reading the consent form I signed for my op .. the risks were, Infection, Bleeding, Neuro vascular injury, Failure of op ,Reoccurance, Swelling of elbow , Sensitive scar.
Well, the scar is a bit sensitive if I lean on it, to be expected I suppose.. OK otherwise, but absolutely no difference my fingers or palm what so ever.:((
Post op apt is 27th May..6 weeks after the op.
Moan over.. :-)
Won't be having another op unless it is absolutely essential

Glad Lois is better today.. what a minx having a go at a Rottwieler.. sorry but I have to smile at that.lol

Pleased your kitchen is nearly straight Maz.. one of the worst rooms to have to redo !! :-(

Good afternoon. Lois is ok so vet thinks she is just going to be prone to flare ups from time to time.She decided to try and pick a fight with a Rottweiler and then with a dogue de Bordeaux in the waiting room.Both were twice her size.

yes she has been full of beans today but the vet wants to see her tomorrow to assess the situation again.

hi poor lois hope she is better today

late night nudge again. Poor Lois was very lame yesterday and ended up having pain killing injection.She seems better today but it is awful to see such a young pup like that. She was moaning and nudging our hands as if pleading with us to do something.
Vet says she might have flare ups so we have some pain relief medicine to give her.
Been to a funeral at church today.It was packed out. Hopefully tomorrow
will be a good day..

Nothing special as such Maz.. Sunday lunch, veg from the garden, both children safely around the table.. that's special enough for me.
I prep the veg and hubby tends to it whilst cooking.

I don't know how my nan used to manage on a Sunday, tho Gramps grew all his own veg so it may have been prepared the night before..they had 4 children, all of whom went to chapel 3 times on a Sunday, over a mile a walk away up an extremely steep hill , nan and gramps went morning and night, I suppose the afternoon was 'Sunday school' shall have to ask my aunt.
My aunt is 91, quite sprightly and mentally on the ball, I call her my second mum.. she was my mum's sister and peeps say I am more like her than my own mum. I phone her regularly and we joke that she is so fit cos of those 3 walks she used to make to the chapel on a Sunday.
It was the opposite side of the village to where we lived, tho I have walked it many times...and boy is it a steep lane. I've driven up it and it is almost a first gear drive at one point. :-(

I decided on a Welsh love spoon for my Avatar .
Thought this one was unusual..as love spoons go ..not really traditional, but I neither am I.lol

Thought the flag would look too over the top, found a nice image of a Daff and a leek, but didn't want to steal our Daff's thunder.

I quite like it as a wall decoration and may order one for myself and my sister in US... must check out the size and details first.

WA tomorrow.. 35 yrs :-) <3 :-)

Hope all's well with you both, not spending too much time on here today , my arm was playing up yesterday.
When I got married I wanted a set of le Creuset Iron cast cookware, but settled for a cheaper Tower set but good quality make... just as well they were difficult to lift then.. I'd never manage them now,since this op, can just about manage the one's I have.lol
