Hi~~

I didn't post earlier cos I posted on the Welsh and Aussie thread ...sadly about Shaun's dad passing away, and I didn't want them to drop down the page.

What a sweet thing for Ava to buy with her pocket money, bet she looks sweet in it and that Granddad is chuffed :-)

I've just been on the net looking about my op. It says the success of the op is less than that of the one for Carpel Tunnel Syndrome.. mine was for the Ulnar nerve, but that it can take up to 6 to 18mths to see any improvement.. so there's hope yet :-)
Will see what the Neurologist says on Friday .

hi there a very windy day here got soaked going to church but just got the washing dry now

Easter Bunny

Easter Bunny Report 21 May 2011 14:34

didn't do any washing today because skies were very overcast but as is typical it has remained dry and breezy so would have dried the clothes in a crack.
Never mind lol.
Been shopping and gave Ava £5 pocket money. She managed to buy herself a pretty T.shirt in the sale and still have £1 and coppers left for sweets.
T.shirt had "Grandad's little sunshine" printed on it.She is going to a friend of her mams birthday party tonight with Richy and Emma and was wondering if there would be an indoor or outdoor play area lol. Hope she won't be too disappointed.

Hi again~

Strangley.. Paula but my arm is mostly fine in the day, I just can't sleep comfortably on it. It's brill just now, fingers no different, just an inconvience when my hands are warm, but have to wear gloves when I go out.

I have my questions already listed for my post op apt on the 27th:)

HI, just been busy, busy, busy while some church friends are on holiday, I have been standing in with some of the jobs they usually do.
Had so much on my mind yesterday that I accidently took 2 metformin tablets instead of 1.Had to ring N.H.S. direct for advice.
Just got a letter telling me I am due to go for a mammagram. :>(
I think the problem with your arm Sandie might be because of the way you tend to hold it or alternatively because of keeping it less mobile. Perhaps at your follow up they will suggest physio if it doesn't improve by then.
Lois is much better thanks.xxxx
Love to you both xxx

Hi~~~~

Lol.. you are late today Maz.

I was going to post earlier, tho I've done my clicking.

I'm like a cat that's got the cream..................
Son has got a job in his chosen career IT as a Web Designer, it's about 20 miles away, he's been job hunting since he graduated, but ticking over with his As*a job, and free board and lodge.

I'm more excited than he is. I've nearly told the world now from Perse in NZ to sister in US.. Oh I've Jackie in in Oz and Daph in China to speak to also...you'll think I'm nuts...No comments please.
Phew.. you pay to put you children thro Uni to get a good education,..... I do not begrudge a penny of it..then with the job situation as it is, qualified or not they struggle to get a job.

Hope 'little' Lois is not chewing your slippers Paula , that was one of my pups favourite tricks !!

Maz~~ Good on you girl.

Live your life your way you want :-)

Hope that kitten isn't climbing the curtains lol

Must pop out now cos my elderly neighbour walks her dog at about this time, I like to keep an eye on her , cos she isn't too good on her feet.
She's a lovely person , but very stubborn ...she will not let any one walk the dog.. yet the dog is good as gold and she answers to me when we are walking.

Hi Paula~~
Hope you and yours are well :)

Hi~~~
Lol Maz.. as long as you are happy....Frog can become a Prince maybe a King sometime ;-)

We have an air conditioning fan called a 'lofty' in the hall area. which clears the downstairs rooms well.. we have a dormer bungalow.
When we had the bathroom redone.. it's now all tiled, by hubby,I love it,but no bath.. the 'lofty fan' is great , tho I do give the bathroom walls with a microfibre cloth every time some one showers...which is very often :) but it does reduce the condensation every where.

Hope Lois is improving daily , EB

Hi ladies~~

Hubby has spent all afternoon repairing my next door neighbours PC.
He loves the challenge , and the satisfaction when he solves it.

Thanks for you thoughts Maz..re my arm.. I have a post Op check on the 27th.
My consent form showed the Op could be a failure, but not the pain in my upper arm.. I guess it's the way I'm sleeping.
But I am no pushover and will be discussing fully on the 27th. ;-)
My other grizzle will be about the pre Op advice notes they gave me...on discharge.. Don't worry I am fully armed in what to say , lol no pun intended.

EB Hope 'little' Lois is better and leaving the Rottweilers alone :-)

Sandie.xx

Who is this prince then Maz ;-)
PM me it you want to answer.. don't put such Heraldic personal thing on the boards <3
