I have just been busy in the mornings this week
its been lovely to choose my agenda although I have worked a few days I have done loads of jobs to do

It's not very often I beat you to the morning call , Maz..:)

My son has surprised me by getting up around 6am for work, a few mornings I haven't heard him moving around and I've 'reminded 'him at about 6.15, he' s woken but is dozing back off.
This morning he was late he was leaving as I got up at 7am, the painkillers I take for my knee knock me out during the night as I'm not normally a heavy sleeper, not much good in the day tho :(

Grey here today, and rain is forecast. What a delightful summer again I remember the school hols always used to be scorching.

My dau is terrible for getting up though i dont have the worry of it as she is away .But my son is very good at getting up he is away by 6.15 every morning.I do still listen out at 5.30 to make sure he gets up he also makes his bait too

Newspaper just dropped thro the door..Early in the school holidays.

The worse thing that my dau could have done is have a job working flexible hours, I've been up since 7.30am, she drags her self out of bed by 8.15, still not ready for work, hubby left about 8.40... they work in the same building. She could have saved petrol by travelling together. I'm banging my head against a brick wall,...Perhaps if I did it would do some good.

I should be glad my 2 have jobs, shouldn't I... the state of the country now!

Hi~~
On an evenings reflection of constant pain in knee, hip,bum, back and thigh , I'm not just going to wait for the ...possible 8 weeks referral to the physiotherapist ,...................
I am going back to the doctor.
Don't know what I can do , Dr did examine my knee, but didn't compare it to the other one.
Having said that, hubby suffered from severe knee probs for years,since his young rugby days..no joy with the Dr prescriptions, he came home one day from playing squash,( not good for knee complaints) got out of the car and couldn't move , I took him straight to A and E and he had micro surgery within a fortnight.
Makes you wonder!, he still does have occasional probs tho.

Nothing to report on the blood tests to rule out any nasties.
Am being referred to a physiotherapist .. Big deal ....rather do my gentle walking and gentle resting.

morning all well its a bright start here got washing organised from Andrew he got back about 9 last night from norfolk so i have a busy day today with an as@@ visit ,church and i need to cut a rosebush back too its overhanging on the path

been lovely here actually got the washing dry at last been hanging around for three days

Son's camp sounds good Maz, not too good on water myself !
Well I suppose I'm OK in a boat as a passenger , but not so happy in the sea water /any water.. not a confident swimmer :-0

Maisie , the spaniel pup I've been walking, nearly chewed my fingers off and coat to death yesterday , when we got home... obviously I hadn't worn her out enough . They put a throw on the settee and she is allowed on that.. but she is a nutter and goes onto any of the other chairs as she feels like.!
I couldn't be having with that !,,,,,I don't like dogs on the furniture.

Bit overcast again today..

Dau has a rash on her neck, she is such a whoose !!...' Will you come to the Pharmacy with me mum ?' ' Do I ask to see the Pharmacist.?'........Yeap !!!
She can be hard as nails, but doesn't like being ill for one minute.
She's had at least 3 episodes where any illness has now made her paranoid. She fainted in Cardiff at a rugby match.. she hadn't drunk, had been shopping for jewellery as she was due to be a bridesmaid , but hadn't eaten either ! Hubby had to drive down to bring her back. Twice she's been brought home from work feeling giddy.
She's a daddy's girl, but always comes to me if she is feeling ill.
She had a large sweet stuck in her throat when she was little, she was was with M.I.L..ended up in A and E, when I got home.
As a result she can't / won't take tablets. She can't even phone the Dr's for an apt !!
Phew !! It's a phobia , which she has to get over... Easier said than done.

morning I am working and its damp again I need to get washing dry too Andrew will be back from scripture Union camp tomorrow and will have loads of washing
thye have had reasonable weather so they have been sailing everyday which thye have enjoyed

Paula , So sorry to hear about your friend Gillian , a stroke is such a horrible horrible thing , my prayers got out to her and her family and friends.

Not good news at all today , the awol Alsation , Morgan being found dead :(

These riots are outrageous , it is a mindless culture... there were riots in 2 areas of Cardiff last night... no apparent reason other than copy cat. So sad:(

pouring down again, got absolutely drenched this morning.I have just got back from the church where Edith and myself have been sorting the drawers out in the kitchen.We didn't even get to the cupboards, they will have to wait for next week.
Maz, I enquired about whether Morgan the German shepherd that went missing up your way and was told she had been found dead in a field and that they think she had been kicked in the head by a cow. Very sad for the owners :-(
Please can you remember my friend Gillian from South shields in your prayers as she has suffered a massive stroke.
It's dreadful about these riots.Hope they settle down now.I think the police are being far too soft and I an absolutely disgusted with the looters.

Will walk Maisie later . Karl's mums car is not there at the mo and he may be in bed , so I'll leave it until a bit later, I need the exercise for my hip and leg.
