My knee is giving me he*l but I can walk fine, perhaps ask the Dr for an X ra.

evening all just got in and finished tea so am now lookin in .

damp grey miserable weather here after a beautiful sunny day yesterday.
Went for a long walk with Lois along with our Richard,Emma and Ava and 2 of their dogs.I slipped going down the embankment and got a very muddy backside.Lois is shattered now.
Must get these boots off and slippers on ,then do the ironing. :-|

Forecast was heavy rain , tho it's grey cloud it's quite windy, so I've some washing out, shirts may dry , but they will have a fresher smell for been blown outdoors.

Damp and foggy again.
Doing my physio exercises...., my cousins have manual physio, they go to a different hosp and they have probs with their arm /shoulder.
They say they get 'pulled' about quite a bit.
Mine hasn't done anything manual except from examining my knee and leg.
I suppose being my knee the exercises are something I can do at home rather than manipulation from her.
