Hi folks~~

Lovely day again,weather-wise.

I've had some sad new about my cousin in Dorset passing away.

I've spoken to her dau Ceri today ,she'd been under the weather for a few days , but passed away in her sleep on the 17th.

The rest of the family only found out cos her Ceri put a notice in our local newspaper., and my other cousin happened to buy that paper and saw the notice in it.
My Aunt is gutted that we had found out that way, thro the newspaper, just happened that her son had bought one that day, I don't buy that particular newspaper, neither does she.
I don't understand it ,we are a close family, why they didn't ring one of us,they have my number and my Aunt's deffo ! :-(

afternoon the torch heads our way in june 17th

Hi all~

What a glorious day it's been, still is :-D
Had the Olympic torch run thro our neighbouring town yesterday.
I was shopping there at 9.30...it was chaos then so I didn't bother to go to watch it. There were 3 runners 2 local lads, one disabled, the other the youngest deputy Mayor of our neighbouring borough, the other was a Dutch Synchronized Swimmer who I'd never heard of. Cos her team has disbanded and couldn't get into the Olympics, she applied to do a torch run ??!!

morning I was busy all day yesterday ,I am on sleep shift tonight into tomorrow lol

Been a lovely day here again.
Been busy all day day but don't seem to have achieved a lot :-(

hi there all I do support work so we do sleep shifts which start at 2pm one day then finish at 4pm the next day . we do get a fair ammount of sleep though if there are no issues

I'm a bit achy today , probably my 3mile walk yesterday , instead of building it up gradually ...OK tho,been worse !!

Apparently we had snow early yesterday morning, it was bright ans sunny when I got up!
Just after I posted yesterday we had hailstones, so not to put out the towels was correct!
