*$parkling $andie* Report 10 Nov 2009 22:29

Hi all~~
It's gone very cold here too, other in bed I never suffered the flushes, just used to throw the duvet off!!
Bet you've to keep the little kitten in the kitchen then, Maz until he's cleaned down.
My dog was fairly patient in the kitchen after he'd been for a walk whatever the weather, and had to be cleaned down and then went wild going to greet every in who was the living room . Dad had him in a routine for cleaning him but he was allowed on a special chair, so after finding him on our beds and living room furniture at lunch time when I had him, the routine of cleaning continued but he was confined to his basket. at night in the living room and access to the kitchen.Dining room chairs on the settee
Dau at the time didn't have a door on her loft bedroom, and as soon as he heard me come used to sneak down the stairs, so I used a puffy to block the stairs until we had the door put on dau's bedroom.
Dau has her confidence back to a certain extent, thanks for asking Paula but she is still awaiting a balance test at the local hosp. We've been to the hosp twice already , The last time I went with her, horrendous couldn't parking,so I was going to drive around to whilst she went in to bring her home as she thought she may be giddy.But.. found a space, seen by the Dr within mins, but she was only booked in for a check up and has to wait for another month for the balance test. Boy was I furious. It took us longer to get out of the car park , than to find a space and see the Dr.
I was bouncing and am more confident driver than she is, but once she started driving, kept going around in circles to get out!.
I kept saying let me drive, ...but you can't grab the keys off a driver, she was confident enough but didn't know the best way out. Grizzle over!!
I,ll be driving next time!
Hopefully it will be sorted soon.
Unfortunately both our Dr's are retiring at Xmas and have to go to a new practise, both my hubby have been with the same surgery since birth, and our children ,and the same happened recently with my dentist, but hubby was with another so thankfully they've taken me and the children on also
But we don't know these Dr's suggested so may have to do some detective work):) or look for a different practice.
Nite all..sorry to bore you with my worries:))
Luv

it has been very cold here today Maz.Between the freezing weather and my hot flushes its hard to know what to wear.
Dogs just want to huddle together against the radiator.

I didn't' even contemplate putting mine in the washer even, it was so grey and already had clothes horse full and tumble drier load to do !!
Hubby goes nuts if I drape them all over the radiators..we had to have walls re plastered last year because of the condensation cos of drying inside . We have a tumble drier but it can't all go in there
I try to dry the outside as much as you can, then put then on the rads but put the 'lofty (' dry air conditioning system ) on also, what the eye doesn't see the heart (or the pocket) doesn't grieve..pocket in his case!
Except when he gets the electricity bill.... paid by DD, so it's not so noticeable :))
