Evening all~~
It's been wet and windy most of the day, I saw a bit of sun and was going to put washing out and down it came again !!

Rads and tumbler to the rescue.

My black eye is now almost gone( always wanted one as a teenager) but it doesn't look good on someone of my age.. it wasn't walking into a door or row with hubby or fight with anyone... got up in the middle of the night , never put the light on.
We've got a new bed with a chrome headboard, this was 5 am in the morning, I misjudged the top of the bed and hit my forehead on the headboard... not too painful, but 2 days later I had a black eye which turned purple and is now yellow.
Luckily I have 2 pairs of specs and the wider framed ones( with concealer) hid a lot of it.lol
Tho someone came to the door today and I answered without wearing either of my glasses ( and perhaps not a lot of slap on) as I'd been on the puter and he said 'you've had a shiner there my love'!!
So it's back on with the slap tomorrow and the wider rimmed glasses.lol!

Cara is back at school today although she still hasn't got her appetite back.
Ava seems fine too and we went to toddler group this afternoon.
Just a light shower here today but have got gale force winds so it's very cold.

Hi all~~

The last few days have been dreadful as much wind as rain I
Last 2 mornings we have found our wheelie bin tipped up and yards from where it should be ! just as well I use bin liners in the kitchen because those were deposited all over the garden and weren't too difficult to collect and return to the said wheelie.

Hope Ava and Cara are feeling better Paula, & hope you don't catch the 'virus' or whatever it is / was.

HELLO EVERYONE
I have been playing nurse maid the past few days.Ava had a sickness bug which seemed to go but then came back and Cara has a cold,sore throat and a rash.She has also had tummy pains so some kind of virus or other.
Mind you,both were well enough to make cakes with me this afternoon lol

I've still got the morning sniffles , think so has got over ' freshers flu' so I can't blame him. It's not catarrh as I've no pain an is disappears after a few hrs, it's just a nuisance. But will ask the Dr next time I go !
