	Hi all~~ White cloud , but no rain fortunately. Dau picked up a nail in her tyre in the week , she didn't notice it..I did. She was horrified when hubby had to put on the spare and it wasn't an alloy wheel !!...That's youngsters for you ! Sandie.x

	Hi all~ My blinking aches and pains are if I sit still or do too much bending, if I do brisk walking it's fine. I must sort my passport out , we haven't been away for a few yrs and could do with a break. Next yr my nephew gets married in the US, so that's a must !! Haven't heard from Brian for a while, as Maz said. Cooee Brian.........~~~~~~~~~~~~~~, you and Mrs B OK ?)) 	Hi all~~ Did my morning walk to A*da, hope that the 1/2 hour walk back with groceries will perk up my bingo wings .lol Been out for another walk since ( to post some letters) I passed a neighbour building a wall for another neighbour so took his black Lab for a walk,she's 12 and nowhere near as sprightly as my my little Sandy was at that aged. He was a mongrel, gold lab cross, I do so miss him. Sandie.x

	afternoon all,$andie your household sounds like ours.Gary's knee has been painful for a while now so he hasn't been able to do his morris dancing.We have all had sore throats and cold.I have been feeling really anxious lately too.My shoulder,arm and hip all painful too...what are we like,they couldn't raffle us off lol

	Good evening all~~ It's been a wet (often very heavy showers) and blustery day here today :( Making a mess of lots of the flowers ! Hope everyone is well? Son came back from Ibiza with a very sore throat and nasty cough, dau had sickness and diarrhoea Mon and Tues, hubby's knee is playing him up something rotten (swollen and painful ) and my right hip and thigh are giving me jip when I get out of a chair, but O.K if I walk briskly...just got to get started .lol All niggly things, but I am trying to persuade hubby to go to the Dr's. Sandie.x G'nite.
