morning all very wet here and dark but not cold

Misty old damp day here again :(

Late on ..cos I've been talking (phone ) to my cousins and aunt.

Cloudy here too , not too much wind, but the patio seems to have dried quite a bit since about 7ish so I've put a was on, and towels I washed yesterday (out on line now) are blowing a bit. Fingers crossed the lighter stuff may dry, probably have to finish the towels off in the tumbler. :(

Hope Paula's OK haven't seen her around for a while.

Lovely day here too.
Dau's washing just finished , she thinks it puts itself on the line !!
I'd better go and do it whilst it is fine.
Son's car had gone when we got home from shopping, when we go in we thought it hadn't been stolen...knew then it hadn't been, cos he was gone too.
He had textd hubby ( who's phone was on silent ) mine isn't and I always have mine with me , basically for emergencies.
I textd son to see if he'd be home for lunch.. he replied he'd already textd his dad saying he wouldn't be... Hubby then checked his phone ..and yes the text was there...Men!!

:-( Welsh rugby team out of the World cup , they did well tho with only 14 men after the ref yellow carded the captain and then changed it to a red. :-|

morning all it was lovely here yesterday and i got loads dry ,the fairies are useless in my house i do all the washing and ironing but son will have to start helping as he creates loads of washing .
I am off to mums for half term so he will do some then however i have taught them to fold it up as they dry it or pull it out the washer ,as its so much easier to deal with .I do leave it all in a pile though as if i sort it all out and see half a dozen t shirts to iron i think there is nothing but if i sort it as i iron it makes it seem better in my eyes lol anyway and feels as if i am getting through it quicker lol

Ironing duties ! Shirts I don't mind....ugh with trousers.
Recycling day tomorrow, whilst empting the bins I found a receipt in son's bin for an article.of clothing..I assume it's the shirt I've just ironed ..... 10 times the cost my hubby would pay for one !!!!! Grrr
Son is earning but I hate to see them( dau too) spend so much on designer clothes.
Son and dau take the mick out of hubby, not nastily. cos he is 'careful' with money.
He may be careful but that's how he bought them both cars .... they wouldn't have had them that if he he wasn't, now they are earning they can sort the upkeep .!

my son is a mechanic and they work on the cars in break times ,and he pays for th erepairs I do help sometimes( as i get lifts )with petrol
he is not very good with money relly but is learning

It's been a long day today... just the assessment for the physio has made my knee and thigh feel worse !!!
The new hospital is a lot further out of town than I expected and to walk back into town, would be 10 mins in the opposite direction to get onto the main rd and then probably a further 30 min walk to town, and another 10 / 15 mins to the supermarket . Not many good food shops in that town :(
There a a bus that runs hourly thro the complex so I caught that :)
I did walk to Tesc*s from town tho.
Came home to find a load of towels in the washer...dau uses them but doesn't bring then down daily.. she puts then in her washing basket...Grr.
Been wet here so they had to go in the tumbler..still not dry tho:(
Have to have another half hour at least. !

Thanks Maz....More of ache rather than pain , tho I often get a shooting pain if I move awkwardly. Perhaps my pain threshold is good.. me saying aches.
The 'pain' now is just below my shoulder blades, where this morning it was at the base of my back :-S ....Knee is still 'burning 'tho,.... physio didn't say what she thought it may be, so I will ask for an X ray next time I see the Dr.

lovely avatar jude ,its a bright morning will put the washing out again

Bright and sunny here too , but very cold, I'm off to pick up rations for the lunch boxes ( I thought that stopped when the kids left school !!! ).Dummy mummy!
Son decided on a sort out of his casual tops, which I found in my wash basket, in the wash as I type, so hopefully on my return ,when they go out they will dry.(they are dark coloured)
